Learn how to recognize the subtle internal signals that show up under pressure, like second guessing, mental noise, over preparing, or emotional fatigue. This helps you name what is actually happening instead of assuming something is wrong with you.
Separate what’s yours from what isn’t
This program helps you sort internal narratives from external demands such as expectations, workload, systems, or culture. You stop carrying pressure that was never meant to be yours.
Interrupt cognitive hijacking in real time

Lauren A. Jeffery
Lauren Jeffery is a Registered Psychotherapist, educator, and doctoral researcher who has spent over two decades inside high-stakes professional environments, including wealth management and compliance. She understands how responsibility accumulates, how pressure distorts judgment, and what it actually takes to think clearly when the stakes are high. The Sanity Thief™ grew out of that work. It exists to give language and structure to what professionals already feel but rarely say out loud.
